All bookings are considered as provisional until the contract is signed
by both parties.
Once the contract is signed a consultant will be reserved on your behalf to liaise fully with all aspects of your wedding/special occasion requirements.
Cancellation of the event after signing the contract will result in the following charges being incurred.
Cancellation within 6-9 months of the event will result in the deposit agreed being forfeited.
Cancellation less than 6 months but more than 3 months will result in 50% of the agreed revenue being charged.
Cancellation 3 months or less will result in 100% charged of the expected revenue.
Should you decide to select Make the Day for your event, we will require a signed contract between both parties and a deposit paid within an agreed date. This will secure our services ensuring the co-ordination of a truly memorable event.
